Enjoy fantastic, unobstructed views of Red River Beach & Nantucket Sound from this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath traditional Chatham vacation rental. Only .1 miles to a semi-private beach and 5 miles to downtown Chatham. There is a fabulous sunroom and expansive deck to relax on and enjoy the sun setting over Nantucket Sound. This is a ranch style home with all the bedrooms and bathrooms along the same floor. There is a queen and a twin room that can share a hall bath with a tub-shower combo. Down the hall you'll go through the laundry area and an office space to reach the Queen suite with a full bath (walkin style shower) a trundle bed (two twins) and direct access to the deck. Amenities include central AC, washer, dryer, k-cup and drip coffee machines, dishwasher, gas grill, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. 4 Cars Max. Taxes and fees apply.
