A perfect getaway for nature lovers & bird watchers. Updated kitchen and interior includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry and hardwood floors. The cathedral ceilings throughout give the cottage a very open and airy feel. The bathroom has also been beautifully renovated with marble counters and tile. Amenities include a floor AC unit in living room and window AC units in each bedroom, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD player, furnished deck with gas grill and an enclosed outside shower under the deck. 'As you no doubt know, my family and I think the world of the Cortese's. They are always welcoming, kind, concerned, and at the ready should we have any questions. The commodious deck overlooking the marsh and the ocean beyond is a jewel, and we three spend many happy times, including most dinners, enjoying the view generally and the activity on land and sea in particular. Additionally, in our dealings with Chatham Vacation Rentals over these many years, we have always experienced courteous and efficient service and a professionalism that makes our annual Cape vacation pure pleasure from the moment of your friendly greeting on our arrival.
