This spacious 4+ bedroom, 3 bathroom contemporary Chatham rental home with new swimming pool and hot tub is located just .7 mile from Forest Beach and even closer to a public tennis court and basketball hoop. The first floor boasts an updated kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, office space, laundry area, full bath with walk-in shower, and a sun room with full sized bed and window AC unit, as well as a large living room with a wall AC unit. There are multiple doors that lead out to the spacious yard where there is an 18' x 36' pool and lawn area where you can set up lawn games or relax. There is a ping pong table in the garage. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one king AC wall units and the 4th bedroom with 3 twin beds and a standing AC unit, another two full bathrooms with and an additional living area with large screen TV. The 3rd floor boasts a regulation size pool table, TV, comfortable seating in addition to a day bed and a full size futon. This property offers a nice, fenced in patio area with dining table, both gas & charcoal grills, lounge chairs, hot tub and enclosed outdoor shower. Max 5 Cars permitted. Taxes and Fees apply.

'We really enjoyed staying at this home. It was spacious and accommodated our entire group with some visitors throughout our stay. The AC worked great, even though we only needed it for a couple of nights. We preferred the windows open and thankfully it was nice a cool during our stay. The walk to the beach was perfect. I loved walking the dog multiple times a day to and from the beach at the end of the road. The kids LOVED the hot tub. There was plenty of space to entertain on the outside sitting area and it was so nice to have a fenced in space to let the dog out. The yard (not fenced in) was beautiful and large. Overall this house did everything we needed it to. The two living rooms were nice when kids wanted to watch something and adults wanted to watch something else. The rugs in the rooms are dated but we didn't mind because we had the dog. A great stay!'

'This house was perfect for our family. The kids (teenagers) loved the pool and hot tub. The layout of the house is great allows the kids and their friends to spread out. We loved the extra refrigerator, and the extra living room was great for when the kids wanted to watch their own shows. Being able to walk to the beach is a huge bonus. The kitchen is very well-appointed with plenty of items to cook and serve. House was extremely clean. This is the second time we have rented this house and we would definitely rent it again!'
