Wonderful views of Nantucket Sound from this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Chatham rental home. Just .1 miles from Forest Beach and 4 miles to downtown Chatham. This home has multiple furnished decks and balconies as well as a covered porch and is just a stones throw to a semi-private beach on Nantucket Sound. The primary bedroom has a private feel being detached from the main house, but is attached by way of covered deck and has an ensuite full bathroom with an walk-in style shower. The two remaining bedrooms are on the second floor each with a queen and a trundle (two twins) and direct access to the second floor deck. The two queen rooms share a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The main floor of the house has it's own deck access along with an open style kitchen/living and dining areas with a half bath. Amenities include central AC, cable TV, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, K-cup and Drip coffee machines, dishwasher, ping pong table, pool table, outdoor dining table with umbrella, gas grill and access to a semi private beach. 2 Cars Max. 'This was our first time in South Chatham after coming here for 50 years and many rentals. The owners have thought of everything (except maybe a 10x13 baking dish and a hair dryer). I loved the views, the proximity to the beach, the comfy beds, the beautiful garden,The very well equipped kitchen.'

'Best Vacation Ever!!!!! My daughter stayed at this house in 2018 and talked me into going this year. She was correct. The location of the house was perfect. There was 8 family members and we all enjoyed this beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped home. We cooked often, the children enjoyed the games and the adults enjoyed the breathtaking views the decks. There was plenty of space for personal time and family gatherings'

'From the location to the cleanliness of the house, we were impressed. Really having such a wonderful space, and every amenity including chairs and umbrella made our stay on the Cape terrific. The house is immaculate, out door shower, wifi, every utensil and cooking instrument required, 20 steps from the beach, we loved staying here. I have already requested to stay for longer next year! Highly highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Also, Renting though Chatham Vacation rentals was easy, and seamless.'
