It is a perfect balance between having all of the modern amenities, with an open, light and bright feel while still maintaining the true essence of a classic Cape Cod cottage experience. If you're looking for a larger beach beautiful Forest Beach is only 2/10's of a mile away. This home is also only 5 miles to downtown Chatham's many shops and restaurants. The two bedrooms each have two twin beds. The waterview twin room can be a King bed if the beds are pushed together. The full bath is a tub-shower combo. Amenities include window AC units in each bedroom, cable TV, Wi-Fi, furnished deck, drip coffee machine, gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. 2 Cars Max. Taxes and Fees apply.

'We've stayed at this cute cottage several times and continue to come back every year. It is perfect! The view of Nantucket sound and access to stroll the beach is the first thing to notice. The neighborhood is top notch and so quiet. We absolutely love the quiet get away and cherish our time here each year. It's so convenient to everything, shopping, restaurants and the wonderful little town of Chatham. It's also close to all major towns, and beaches. Whale watching, woods hole to take the ferry to Martha's vineyard, beautiful golf courses and so much more. You can sit on the porch and watch the boats on the water. It's well kept and It's beautiful.'

'This is a wonderful property with plenty of room. It is updated, exceptionally clean, well organized and well-kept. It seems as though the owners have thought of everything and are completely committed to making sure that the renters have a wonderful stay. The furniture is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Our family of five had plenty of space. The location is fantastic too. Very quiet and you can’t beat both the view and the proximity to the beach. This rental can’t be beat. Have worked with the wonderful people at Chatham Vacation Rentals for many years. They simply are the best at what they do. Every interaction is warm, professional, thoughtful and responsive.
