'**Classic Cape Cod perfection.** I've been coming to the Cape since I was a child, and for the past 20 years I've brought my own family of four every summer. This is our favorite vacation home — it brings back memories of my grandparents' rustic Cape house. The location is outstanding. A large backyard leads to a small sandy path down to the beach, which was nearly empty and felt private for our entire stay. The gentle water was the warmest we've ever experienced on Cape Cod. The home isn't fancy, but it had everything our family needed for a fantastic week. There was enough room that our teens could have friends stay comfortably. This is not a sheetrocked, cookie-cutter Cape cottage — it exudes character, and it gave our family a week of great memories. Its charm is in what hasn’t been updated. I hope it stays that way.'
