'This is the second year we have rented the Pond House. The reasons are simple, location, location, location. Situated right on the tidal pond, the view is wonderful. It is also a short walk to the beach. There are many restaurants within easy driving distance. The four bedrooms suit our family situation just fine. We enjoyed our stay again this year so we re-upped for the same time next year. '

'Staying at this clean and cozy Chatham cottage is always a summertime highlight. From the moment we walk in the door it is instant relaxation. You are immediately drawn into the stunning view of Taylors Pond. We love watching the nonstop bird activity right from the deck. We also enjoy the beautiful stroll to the private beach which is dog friendly. It has everything we need for our stay and we look forward to returning.'
