This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Cape-style home is located only one-half mile from the warm waters of Ridgevale Beach. The home is open & airy and tastefully decorated with newer furnishings. The kitchen was recently updated with with granite counter-tops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a sliding glass door that leads out to the deck with dining table and gas grill overlooking a large fenced-in back yard perfect for lawn games. The first floor living area has a large screen TV and comfortable seating. There is a king master en suite bedroom on the main floor; two more bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen and a twin bed and the other with three twin beds, as well as a full bath. The finished lower level offers a bonus queen with double doors leading to a game room including stand-up shuffle board, cozy sectional couch, another large screen TV, full bathroom and access to the back yard. Amenities include central AC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and an enclosed outside shower. 4 Cars Max. Taxes and fees apply.

'Everyone liked this house. We could walk to the beach, but it might be far for very young children. It's the next to last house on a dead-end street, and the large fenced back yard is surrounded with trees. It is not a huge house, but the spaces are well thought out. We will probably ask to rent it again next year.'

'We stayed here with 2 families both with young children. The property was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Great outdoor space with a nice deck for outdoor dining and wonderful playhouse in the backyard for the kids. Would definitely book again.'

'We spent a memorable July week with our adult children and grandchildren in this beautiful home. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, its open-concept layout made mealtimes and family game nights feel connected. Our toddler grandkids adored the backyard playhouse, and the fenced yard offered peace of mind and room to play. Ridgevale Beach is just a short walk away, and Cape Cod offers endless adventures for kids — the Brewster Flats were a standout, only 15 minutes by car. Don’t miss a Chatham A’s game with its kid-friendly playground, or a visit to the Fish Pier to watch seals and fishing boats. This house is a perfect fit for a big family. 'This was our third rental property with Chatham Vacation Rentals and another wonderfully seamless stay. This property is fabulous, it's an easy walk to Ridgevale Beach, close proximity to the bike trails. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfy, the kitchen well equipped, all was clean and tidy on our arrival. We are a family of 4, with 2 young adult children and this house gave everyone enough space to spread out but ample places to gather together asa well. Hope this one stays on the rental options, we'd love to come back!'
