'This is a beautiful waterview house, one block from Ridgevale Beach on a pretty and quiet street with a big deck w/comfy furniture to enjoy on a sunny day. Pristine clean, modern white kitchen with new appliances, island with stools, LR/dining room all with waterviews. Lots of big windows upstairs and down. Comfy queen bed and second BR has 2 bunk beds. Newly renovated bathrooms with great walk in shower! Heat and A/C, lots of closets and room for everything you want to bring along. New beach chairs & outdoor shower. . Chatham Vacation Rentals offers immediate help with any problem you may encounter during your stay. We had none. Everything was wonderful for our two week stay!'

'Perfect cozy Chatham beach house! We had a wonderful week at this house! Beautiful views and sunsets from almost every room and the large back porch. The location is perfect - quick walk to Ridgevale beach, and an easy drive to restaurants/shopping/stores. Great kitchen for cooking or hanging out as well! The house was clean and cozy. Thanks for a great stay!'

'My husband and I have rented this home for 5 years now. The view of the marshes and ocean beyond is absolutely beautiful! We drink our coffee in the morning listening to the birds singing. And watching them and the bunnies dart to and fro. The house is well appointed, spotless, and well maintained. It has everything we need to cook a a meal, in the way of small appliances, pots and pans, etc. There's heat and air conditioning that we've used on that rare occasion when needed. And with the sliding door open, there's a great breeze. The primary bedroom is very spacious, and has a very comfortable mattress on the king bed. You can't beat the homes location. It's practically on Ridgevale Beach. And only a short drive to the downtown areas shops snd restaurants. The staff and owner at CVR are wonderful! Very accommodating, answering questions or addressing our needs, over the course of the rental process and our stay. We wouldn't be going back year after year, if it was all anything less! '
