This home is just .7 mile to Nantucket Sound beaches and just .2 mile to Mill Creek which is great for kayaking and paddle boarding into Nantucket Sound or Taylor's Pond. There is a bedroom with a king bed on the first floor and two additional bedrooms and full bathroom on the second floor. 'A very comfortable home with all the modern amenities and a very large backyard for you & your dog. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and great separation from the guest bedrooms upstairs. The house is on a dead-end street with a lovely short walk to Mill Creek and kayaking. All-in-all a perfect getaway.'

'Disappointed with cleaning! Coffee pot rinsed but brown, need to be scrubbed before use; kitchen faucet broken, toaster not working, toaster oven (toast had to be broiled on each side; toaster did not work.) Kitchen stove needed a deep cleaning on sides where grease was visible. The very big issue was the king mattress down stairs; when comforter removed there was a huge "urine" stain on left side still damp - no obvious signs of this even being attempted at being cleaned~! Office was informed & said cleaning could return to take care of mattress, this should have been done prior to arrival, considering you cannot get into rental till 4 PM. Curtain/shade missing on front door for added privacy. In all honesty for $235.00 cleaning fee we did not feel that the premises had even been cleaned! Cleaning crew or person should be re-evaluated. '
