'We stayed for two weeks at this wonderful little house in a charming neighborhood. The house was well-equipped with everything we would want during our stay. Furthermore, it is within walking distance to a wonderful bakery where we got coffee and donuts, to the baseball field where the Chatham Anglers play, to the downtown area where all of the shops are, and a little longer walk to the Chatham fish pier. The only negatives, which aren't worth lowering the grade, are that there is no recycling as part of the trash service, so that you have to throw everything away, and there were some carpenter ants around, which is common for the Cape.'

'We enjoyed our stay so much. This is a great, well-loved home. We found it clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood. All these positives and it is within walking distance to the famous fish pier and Chatham's Main Street shopping and dinning. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch each morning. We'll visit again!'

'We had a great vacation in this rental home. It was close to town and the fish pier. We went daily to see the seals at the fish pier in the morning. Chatham vacation rentals was very receptive with a minor issue in the home and attended to it immediately. The house was very clean when we got there and was exactly as described online. We'd like to rent next year in July.'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, quiet neighborhood, screened porch, picnic table in yard. Would definitely rent again next year. Only shortcoming was no grab bars in shower/tub. Unsafe for seniors. Garage is attached making it easy to load the car in bad weather without getting soaked, greatly appreciated. When a plumbing problem occurred both the realtor and owner were on it immediately, great service.'
