'This is a great house. The setting is perfect, right on Stage Harbor with spectacular views and wonderful bird watching. It’s a quiet, private area, good for walking or jogging, with a nearby trail in the upscale Quitnesset neighborhood. Lighthouse Beach is less than a mile away. The bedrooms are lovely with beautiful updated showers. The living and dining area has everything you could want including a fancy Jura coffee maker. Outdoors, there’s a big deck with lots of seating, a gas grill, and fire pit. Our extended family loved spending three weeks here this past summer. Viewing early sunrises from the deck was a fabulous start to the day. I cannot say enough good things about Chatham Vacation Rentals and how responsive and courteous they are. The owner, Rich, will come over at a moment’s notice if anything is awry. Four Stars Plus! '

'We loved staying at 180 Stage Island Road. The house was in perfect condition, we loved using the kitchen, eating out on the porch and watching the boats in the harbor. All the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and we loved having a gym to use in the basement. The location to Monomoy and to town was perfect for bike rides. '
