'We’ve rented this house for several years and love it. It’s clean, close to the beach and a short drive to town. House is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, beautiful deck, nice dining and kitchen area. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a huge common grassy area in the back. We only wish we could bring our little Jack Russell terrier. But really, it’s perfect for 6 people!!'

'This was our 6th year renting this same house. It's very comfortable with a great yard for the kids to play all sorts of sports. Close to the beach and town! Can't wait until next year!'

'We have been renting this particular house for about 8 years now. It sleeps 6. It's spacious and close to the Nantucket sound. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk down the road. The house is spacious, has a nice deck, gas grill, outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and bath. The other two bedrooms share a bath. There's central air. Washer and dryer are in the basement. It's not a far drive from Chatham either. We love this house and will continue renting from Chatham Vacation Rentals! Everyone is so helpful and nice! We wouldn't think of using anybody else!'
